  I went in for my appointment today. Ready to pay over $8000 for both me and my husband. CASH!
  I was told during a phone call that my Accutane prescription didn't matter. So, after waiting excitedly for my appointment day to arrive I am told I am not having my surgery.
  I am told I have to stop taking my prescription for 1 month before I can have the surgery. I cried and started hyperventilating and having a panic attack in their office.
  All I get is an inauthentic apology and attempts to finish my exams even though I kept saying I couldn't stay, I couldn't handle being there while barely being able to speak.
  They said they would find out who said this to me, like somehow it matters. That does literally nothing for me. You'll have to explain why I should care who said it, or is that person paying for contacts or glasses for me, or paying for part of my surgery? No? Nothing? No 'Sorry this happened,
  here's a .001% discount!' right? Didn't think so, cause you don't care.
  Now I am stuck being miserable for another month.
  If I could go somewhere else, I would. I am so depressed I can't write the thoughts that went through/are going through my head.
  I am not a sad or negative person, but I don't know how you expect me to deal with this for a month without any care from you guys at all. There is no real human emotion from you people, and I can't believe I am so desperate to see that I will be giving you my money.
  Cash, not some ridiculous finance.
  I KNOW you'll sleep good tonight knowing that my head hurts and I am sick because of this. Enjoy. I guess I will see you in a month.
  Edit: My appointment was cancelled just before, again. I was lied to again, and I was told to come back after getting upset.
  I went with a different place in the city, and they couldn't have treated me better.
