  I went in and asked to purchase a laptop with the condition that it be ready by 9:00 that night because I required it for a meeting the next morning.
  The sales rep asked the "Geek Squad" rep if that was possible. He stated yes but it would be later that evening. Before the purchase was complete I asked the "Geek squad" rep if it will be ready and he replied "yes". It was not ready and there was no phone call that night.
  Now I have the laptop and the Microsoft Office package (I bought the life time membership) is shutting down because it has not been activated. I have tried to activate with; email and phone number but no luck.
  I have tried many times to contact the "Geek Squad" or leave a message but no such luck.
  Very poor after purchase service and very disappointing support service.
