You are always told that stability with your bank is the best thing you can have when it comes to mortgages and loans and what not.. However it is hard to keep with this bank and gain stability in your bank when....
They take there fees out when ever they want, They allow STOPPED PAYMENTS to come out of your bank and charge you for NSF... Like you bounced the cheque... Which is not the case....
When you call the 1 800 number half the time the person on the other end of the line can't help you as only YOUR HOME branch apparently can help... Then why in gods name is there a 1 800 number and why do they say... We Are ALWAYS here to help.... Bahahaha... Not cool...
I can say now that i am changing banks...I am done being Stupid and staying with BMO.
