- Jenna Ferretti Added 2017-10-16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆CIBC is absolutely horrible to deal with. My card was clearly compromised. When I first called to report what had happened I was told I "might get my money back" it's been a week I have yet to be contacted. I have contacted the branch manager as well I have called the 1-800 # to inquire the status and I haven't gotten any further than I was a week prior. I can not wait for this to be resolved so I can close my accounts.
