  I enjoy Pet Smart.
  They have things that our extended family of fur, feathers, scales, skin etc that is need.
  I know its their job to try to sell stuff to the us. The staff are very friendly.
  What I hate is telling people that they need stuff they really dont! When did Pet Smart want to have
  their staff like car salesman? Trying to get us to buy stuff that is not needed. We dont always need the extra add on's like we think we need because of the over selling! Its over welming
  I was told by many people as well as Pet Smart staff to buy things that help development of their minds, play things, dishes, cages, tanks. bathroom things, grooming, treats, clothes, food.
  Sometimes the funds are not available and on occasions we are
  treated differently when we dont buy after its said needed.
  So continuine to be friendly and helpful. Please try not to treat us
  as car buyers.
  (Car Sales men / woman are fine for buying cars. Not saying in that business its wrong. We expect it. That is your job)
