  Completely useless staff, you might as well just have a tablet and automated system to deal with. They confirmed with me 2 times, even calling my neck unprompted the second time to make sure they confirmed that I could pick up a package from the West end Depot. I drove from Leduc to get there only for them to tell me that can't give me the package and do nothing to try and solve my problem. The customer service department on the phone would deserve a much better rating since they did everything they could to help me but the warehouse itself is a joke.

  If nothing changes soon, this company will go under! Stop with your patronizing replies and fix this broken, useless company. So glad amazon switched to a more reliable company!

  I have a love hate relationship with these guys. when I finally get my package, I'm happy. Until then it can be a fight. I feel sorry for anyone who lives elsewhere, sending a package to their friends house.

  "Receiver Unavailable" I was outside in my front yard when during the time stamp of the so called "attempted delivery". This blows me away that the service didn't even try to get my package to me.

  Dropped off a crazy shaped package attached to a dolly cart. The girls there were unbelievably helpful. One got down and wrapped the package with bubble wrap for me while I filled in the paper work. The item arrived other side of the country in the condition it left me. Great work team Purolator!

  Receive 1 package per month from Purolator. Delivery always goes smoothly if I am around. If I get the slip I go pick it up as it describes. Haven't had any issues whatsoever. Definitely cannot say the same of Canada Post. Much prefer my package arrive with Purolator.
