He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He has been very quick to respond to my questions. I recently had an issue with my remote starter and thanks to Bill, he was able to connect me to Certified Radio and the issue was resolved within minutes!
I've only had my Forester in for servicing once, but they were professional and very accommodating when I had to pick up my vehicle outside of the service department hours.
I highly recommend Bill and Subaru City to my friends.
